1. Data Controller

2. What data we process

When you submit a contact form on any of our sites (inovision.space and its subdomains), we process:

• Full name
• Company name (if provided)
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• The content of your message and your area of interest

You provide this data voluntarily by submitting the form.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to respond to your inquiry, provide information about our services, and for any resulting business communication.

4. Retention period

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, up to a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. within an ongoing business relationship).

5. Who has access to your data

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to our employees and contracted IT infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting), all bound by confidentiality.

6. Cookies

On inovision.space and its subdomains, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, and referral source). It is not used to personally identify you, and IP addresses are anonymized. Google Analytics only loads after you accept the cookie banner on your first visit — you can decline it, and change your choice at any time by clearing that domain's site data in your browser. Declining has no effect on your ability to use the site. Beyond that, we only use technically necessary functionality (e.g. storing your cookie-notice preference).

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• correct inaccurate data,
• request erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
